Terms and Conditions of Sale
- The goods travel at the risk and responsibility of the recipient, even if sold as duty paid. Any disputes will only be accepted if made within eight days of delivery. Any damages to the goods caused during transport must be reported upon receipt.
- The supplying company is exempt from any liability for damages to people or property that may occur due to the use of the materials sold or caused by them, including during assembly.
- Delivery terms are always approximate and depend on company availability. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation, indemnities, or direct or indirect damages, nor to the cancellation of the order. Cancellation can only occur by mutual agreement between the parties.
- Consistency with samples, both for the first and subsequent supplies, is not guaranteed as there may be tolerance margins regarding colors, materials, and dimensions.
- The order becomes binding for the supplying company only if accepted in writing.
- Mito S.r.l. is not responsible for any printing errors or incorrect indications regarding non-essential product features.
- The supplying company reserves the right to modify prices, sales conditions, and products at any time, at its sole discretion, even without prior notice.
- Returns are only accepted if expressly authorized and will be fully or partially credited based on their condition and marketability.
- No disputes by the buyer can justify refusal or delay in payment. Delay in payment, even for a single installment, authorizes Mito S.r.l. to demand full payment, including late payment interest at the current bank rate. The delivered goods remain the property of the supplying company until full payment is received.
- Minimum order: 5 pieces per model/color/size.
- All countertops are NOT pre-drilled.
- For any legal purposes and disputes, the court of jurisdiction is Rome.
